1. Services
CoolFix AC Services provides independent AC repair, installation, servicing, gas refilling, and maintenance for all major brands. We are not affiliated with or authorised by any AC manufacturer.
2. Service Booking
- Bookings are confirmed via call-back within 30 minutes during working hours.
- We reserve the right to decline service for safety or technical reasons.
- Estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic and workload.
3. Pricing & Payment
- A diagnostic / visiting charge applies to all service calls.
- Full cost estimates are provided and approved by the customer before any repair work begins.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
4. Warranty
- Labour warranty is provided on completed repair jobs (duration varies by job type).
- Warranty covers only the specific repair performed, not unrelated future issues.
- Warranty is void if the unit is tampered with by another party after our service.
5. Spare Parts
We use genuine or equivalent-quality OEM spare parts. Brand names are referenced for compatibility only. We are not authorised dealers of any manufacturer's spare parts.
6. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific job.
- We are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by power surges, gas leaks unrelated to our work, or damage due to improper usage by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure an authorised adult is present during the service visit.
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the AC unit.
- Inform the technician of all known issues before service begins.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking at any time before the technician dispatches. A cancellation fee may apply if the technician is already en route.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
